Hi everyone! Pastor Gaylene here! Well the old saying April showers bring May flowers. So perhaps the rain we are supposed to have will bring those beautiful flowers promised in the saying! But currently my basil and rosemary plants are thriving!
I hope that each of you have survived the tornado, and the damaging hail from just a few days ago. Hope Lutheran came through the storm without any damage, but many of our members suffered severe home and property damage. Asking for prayers for those folks.
This Saturday is BREAKFAST BURRITO SATURDAY. Come by Hope Lutheran in Springtown and get a delicious, warm, fresh made burrito served with hot coffee and juice and a warm welcome from the friendly folks of Hope. Just drive up and we will serve you without you even needing to leave your car! We are serving from 8:00-10:00 rain or shine!
This Sunday is the famous First Sunday Potluck Lunch following worship. Bring a dish to share. Bring a friend to fellowship or just come! The food is great. The fellowship with the folks from Hope Lutheran are warm, fun and inviting and you are welcome to come rain or shine.
Sunday Schedule
9:00-9:45 Sunday School for all ages.
10:00-11:15(ish) Worship with communion. All are welcome at the Lord’s Table of grace, mercy and forgiveness.
Hope Lutheran is a growing, friendly, coffee drinking and casual dress congregation. We welcome all who come through our doors. So come for worship. Come as you are. Come for fellowship. Come and meet Jesus. We will be waiting for you! Have a wonderful rest of your week!
