Annual Blessing of the Animals
October 11 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Bring your furry, feathered, and four-legged companions to Hope Lutheran Church for our annual Blessing of the Animals! We’re celebrating the unconditional love and joy our pets bring to our lives with an individual blessing for every animal.
- Date: Sunday, October 11
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Location: Hope Lutheran Church
4795 E Hwy 199 (halfway between Springtown and Azle)
All animals are welcome! Dogs, cats, birds, farm friends—if they’re part of your family, they’re invited. Farm friends will have a place to relax until they receive their blessing outside.
For the safety and comfort of all attending:
- Please ensure dogs are on a secure leash.
- Cats and smaller critters should be in carriers or enclosures.
- Pet too shy, stressed around crowds, or unable to travel? Bring a favorite photo or collar to receive a blessing in their honor.
Invite your neighbors, bring the whole family, and join us for a fun, uplifting Sunday morning service!
